HVACR Workforce Support

HVACR Workforce is provided to authorised HVACR Group workers.

Sign-in problems

Use your provisioned Workforce OS account. The app does not create new public accounts. If your account has not been provisioned, has been disabled, or you cannot complete administrator MFA, contact your manager or Workforce OS administrator.

Incorrect employee information

Use My details for information that can be updated directly. For controlled employment, credential, payroll or compliance records that cannot be changed in the app, contact the responsible HVACR Group administrator.

App problems or suggestions

Open App feedback from the Workforce home screen or the Me screen. Feedback is recorded with an audit trail and remains an observation until supporting evidence is reviewed.

Urgent safety matters

Use Report a hazard in the app for workplace hazards. If immediate action is required, follow the applicable site and HVACR Group emergency or escalation procedure rather than relying only on an app submission.
